Warm and welcoming hosts that offer invaluable local insights made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The room was equipped with all essentials, spacious and comfortable for a pleasant retreat.

Restricted cooking utensils in the kitchenette limited my meal options.

It was a commendable fit for a hurried visit in Dunedin with decent value for money. The kitchen was useful for preparing quick meals during our stay. Consider asking for a room closer to the office for better wifi connectivity.

Staying at Amross Motel was a pleasure, highlighted by the warm welcome from Barry and Donna. They provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions, enriching our visit. The one-bedroom apartment with a spa bath was spacious and immaculate, offering a comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere. The spa bath was a perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring Dunedin. A minor drawback was the darkness of our room due to limited lighting, which at times made it feel less inviting. Also, we encountered issues with the wifi connectivity, which could definitely use improvement. Still, overall, the cleanliness and hospitality made our stay memorable.

Yo, right off the bat, the owners were wicked friendly. Barry even walked us to our apartment and showed us around—all the good spots in Dunedin laid out on a map. The king bed? Super comfy. WiFi was solid too, which was a big win. My kid was all about those 50+ channels. Couldn't ask for better hospitality.
